Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage addresses the various aches, pains, and injuries caused by everyday life—whether you're an athlete, an office worker, or a stay-at-home parent. We'll assess your specific needs and use a variety of Massage Techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, sports, etc) to help address those needs.

Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massages are great for stress reduction. The heat of the stones warms the body, and the hardness of the stones allows the therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure. We combine the heated stones with our traditional therapeutic massage.

Prenatal Massage
During pregnancy, your body goes through major structural and physiological changes, some of which produce discomforts and concerns that can be addressed with appropriate massage therapy and body use guidance. Prenatal massage therapy is beneficial throughout the nine months of a low-risk pregnancy.
