We're open 7 days a week. Our hours are:
Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: noon to 6:00 p.m.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How much should I tip the therapist?
A 15% to 20% tip is standard in the industry—if you are pleased with the services. However, there is no requirement to tip your therapist, and if you choose to tip, the amount is completely up to you.
Can I put my tip on my credit card?
Please plan to bring cash or a personal check if you wish to tip: We can not put tips on your credit card payment.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
If this is your first visit, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time to fill out the necessary forms.
What if I'm running late?
If you're running late, please call ahead to let us know. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist's schedule can permit, though treatment times may be shortened as needed.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you can not make your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to fill that time slot. Our policy is to charge the full session rate if we receive less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case inclement weather, please call to determine whether the office is open. School cancellations do not necessarily coincide with the closing of the office. If we must cancel your appointment due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your session, and the normal cancellation policy will not apply.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely. What better way to show your friends and family that you care than with the gift of wellness. Gift certificates are available for all occasions. You may drop into the office to pick one up, or click here to order it on-line.
Do you offer any discount packages?
Yes. Our Rewards Program is a pre-paid package offering a 10% discount on services. Pre-pay $499, and we'll take 10% off your services. You can replinish your rewards card as often as you like. You may use the card for yourself, family, friends, and colleagues.
If I can't use up my package or my gift certificate, can I get a refund?
No. All prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your package balance or gift certificate to a family member or friend.
Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Because of the deep tissue, therapeutic techniques we use, 12 is the minimum age for a massage. For children 18 years and younger, a parent must be present during the massage.
Should I refer my friends and family?
Yes, referrals are an important part of our business. We appreciate the trust you put in us, and promise to take care of your friends and family as well as we take care of you.
